Commercial Kitchen Service Technician (PM Shift)
CookUnity is seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience servicing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
- Familiarity with reading technical manuals and diagrams
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of commercial kitchen equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components
- Install new equipment according to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain accurate records of service
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of technical school program in HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, or related field
