Customer Experience Specialist - job 1 of 3
CookUnity is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to enhance customer satisfaction and provide outstanding support. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and a passion for helping people.

- Knowledge of nutritional information and fine dining
Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound requests from customers and solve their issues providing outstanding experience
- Address time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, delivery issues
- Assist clients with questions and concerns regarding their subscription
- Escalate critical cases to CX Supervisor
- Process orders and general subscription requests
