Handle all inbound requests from customers and solve their issues providing outstanding experience
Address time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, delivery issues
Assist clients with questions and concerns regarding their subscription
Escalate critical cases to CX Supervisor
Process orders and general subscription requests
