Responsibilities
Manage daily & weekly workflow of the team
Regularly check in on team performance
Handle critical cases and exceptions
Identify and analyze problems and data
Act as a liaison between operations and CX team
Help hire, train and manage Customer Support Agents
Run weekly standup meetings
Develop deep product expertise
