Responsibilities

  • Manage daily & weekly workflow of the team
  • Regularly check in on team performance
  • Handle critical cases and exceptions
  • Identify and analyze problems and data
  • Act as a liaison between operations and CX team
  • Help hire, train and manage Customer Support Agents
  • Run weekly standup meetings
  • Develop deep product expertise
