Customer Support Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize CX inbound queue
- Manage team scheduling for peak times
- Partner with Customer Experience Manager for training oversight

- Drive quality initiatives and provide feedback
- Forecast demand and optimize staffing
- Track and evaluate team member performance
