Responsibilities
- Manage and coach the team to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee all operations of the facilities to ensure business objectives are met.
- Build analysis to understand strengths, weaknesses, and improvement areas.
- Analyze P&L to identify investment opportunities and cost.
- Monitor production processes and scheduling systems.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience to improve delivery processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects.
