  • Quick-solve issues escalated by the CX team.
  • Gather relevant info to help the problem-solving of incidents.
  • Check monitoring tools and react to alerts.
  • Participate in Incident Management and post-mortem processes.
  • Build detailed reports on KPIs and trends.
