Senior Operations Manager
CookUnity is a chef-to-you marketplace connecting talented chefs with consumers, revolutionizing meal delivery. We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to run the daily operations of the NY market.
Skills
- Senior management experience
- Fulfillment and logistics experience
- Computer skills including MS Office and Google Suite
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Build a fulfillment and logistics team providing tools and training
- Handle relationships with local and regional couriers
- Create a positive team dynamic that encourages feedback
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
- Collaborate with Customer Experience to improve delivery
- Troubleshoot logistics challenges
