We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, dynamic Change Manager with passion for Project Change Management in a delivery phase. You will have hands-on change control experience and be proficient in using a range of various tools and techniques to enable successful outcomes. And with good technical ability across the full spectrum of project controls to help support our expansion across the UK.

🔹 You’ll:
· Administer Change Control activities, ensuring thorough assessment of proposed Changes, visibility of implications, and consultation with internal functions.
· Monitor and report on the quality of Change proposals against the baseline.
· Provide guidance to improve the quality of Change Control information.
· Act as secretariat for internal Change governance Panels, managing diaries and producing meeting materials.
· Maintain accurate audit trails, incorporate approved Changes into baselines, and support Change Management processes.
🔹 We're looking for:
Essential
· Relevant technical degree and management qualifications.
· Experience working on large or complex infrastructure construction projects
· Demonstrable evidence of change control experience and delivering results
· Experience working alongside schedule, cost, reporting, change and risk management
· Robust and methodical analytical skills, able to take data and develop insights to support solution development
· Evidence of producing high quality deliverables in complex environments
· High attention to detail and standard of work
