What will you be doing?

• Coordinate the warehouse team and activities, ensuring their execution in accordance with the demands and needs of customers, as well as conducting the annual planning of the area and team, ensuring execution in accordance with HSSE procedures, current regulations and the operation, with quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate the execution of operational activities in the area according to demands, ensuring quality, compliance with operational procedures, audits and indicators aligned with the company's annual strategic planning and the Q/HSSE culture;
• Ensure support and alignment with internal and external customers, establishing levels for the services performed by the Warehouse, in order to meet the needs of the business;
• Manage the Warehouse team members, monitoring the performance of employees, following the people management policy, aiming at developing the team in line with the company's strategy;
• Carry out the area's cost management, identifying opportunities for reduction and optimization of resources, in order to ensure compliance with the budget provided for the area;
• Manage the contracts of suppliers and third parties involved in the warehouse process, monitoring their performance, in order to ensure excellence in the provision of services performed;
• Develop and promote improvement projects, implementation of optimized logistical processes, automation and digitization of warehouse processes;
• Control and coordinate the physical vs. systemic inventory of storage, ensuring accuracy, traceability, preservation and organization of materials in stock, as well as adequate fiscal and accounting entries duly registered in the system. Ensure inbound and outbound of materials as required by customers and in line with the demands of the planning department;
• Coordinate the area through established indicators and KPI's, delegating activities, deploying the objectives and supporting the Warehouse team members in achieving excellence in logistics operations. Ensure the creation and follow-up of activities procedures, based on good market practices, legal requirements and standards established by customers.

We think you should have:

• Graduation in Logistics, Business Administration with a focus on Industry or Logistics, Engineering or similar
• Advanced english level
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge in logistics, inventory & warehouse operations
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
• People management skills experience
• Communicative, practical, ability to promote process improvements and make a difference.
• SAP knowledge - IM and WM modules (desirable)
• Knowledge in BI, big data analysis, machine learning or similar (desirable)
