Coordinator Asset Mgmt and Delivery

Location: Remote


Summary:

Over the past several years we have increased production from hundreds to thousands of assets, both internally and externally produced. This role will ensure that our production efforts are both efficient and, critically, compliant with external contracts including SAG. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date catalogues and records of assets so that brands and Csweet teams both know what is available and can access them easily and quickly. Position can be fully remote.


Major Duties/Responsibilities:


Social & Digital Trafficking

  • Populate and deliver the social and digital traffic sheet with rotation details and assets to the media partner.
    • Coordinate with CSweet creative team to ensure we have creative assets that correspond with the media plan.
  • Reinforce new traffic process and support cross functional partners on implementation.
  • Work with each brand team to educate and support the brand teams on the traffic process. This will require ongoing ‘training’ for brands as rotations occur.

Asset Management

  • Aware of all assets being created internally and externally allowing for accurate asset management and tracking.
  • Maintain brand specific asset 'tracker' to support accurate traffic documents and allow brands to have more visibility of their current assets.
    • Archive assets in our Creative Asset Management system, or CAM, if updates have been made to assets to ensure we are always using the most recent and approved asset.
    • Flag assets that could be out of spec when the media partner issues an updated master spec sheet.
    • Check ins with business affairs, on an ongoing basis, to ensure accuracy.
  • Responsible for uploading all Csweet assets into CAM. Partnering with Csweet Studio & Business affairs for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Main point of contact for asset and element requests for Csweet Studio.
  • Responsible for onboarding vendors and agency partners on uploading/CAM delivery.

Production & Brand Engagement Support

  • Track production estimates (creates another check for what assets are being created).

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:


Education:


  • BA/BS Required


Experience:


  • 3-5 years’ in relevant work experience (traffic, project management/asset management, social media/content management, account management -media or advertising)
