About the role:
The Coordinator, Portfolio Services assists with the ongoing servicing of life insurance policies that are sold in the secondary market. As a Coordinator, you will act as a liaison between the policy owners and life insurance companies. You will play an important role in Coventry’s process to ensure the correct changes are implemented after the policy sale and that the valuation of policies is optimized. A successful Coordinator will display excellent written and verbal communication skills and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. While the role is rather structured and the written procedures are shared regularly, we also strongly encourage considering alternatives and thinking outside the box to achieve our goals.
