Responsibilities:
Receive and route incoming calls via Rogers Unison, ensuring a smooth communication flow within the company.
Manage live chat messages and respond promptly to inquiries, providing top-notch customer service.
Handle email correspondence, addressing inquiries and routing messages as needed.
Schedule appointments and assist in maintaining the calendar, coordinating with relevant team members.
Collaborate with internal teams using Slack and Monday.com to track tasks and stay updated on company information.
Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions, representing Avid Apparel’s commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role.
Proficiency with Rogers Unison, Slack, and Monday.com, or ability to learn quickly.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with an eye for detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
Availability for immediate response during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
