Senior Director, Offerings

Job Summary

As the Senior Director, Offerings, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our service offerings to market. This leadership position requires a blend of technical expertise and marketing acumen to develop, refine, and promote innovative solutions in AI, data center modernization, cloud computing, data, and custom application development. You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure our services are cutting-edge and align with market demands and collaborate with the marketing team to effectively position and launch these offerings.

Essential Duties
  • Service Offering Development:
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify and develop new service offerings in AI, data center modernization, cloud computing, data and custom application development.
  • Assist in the creation and continuous improvement of service delivery methodologies and frameworks with the Delivery organization.
  • Create specific verticalized go-to-market strategies across various offerings, in collaboration with delivery, marketing, and sales.
  • Ensure all service offerings are aligned with industry trends and client needs, while collaborating with the product owners to maintain competitive differentiation across each product or service offering.

  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and define competitive positioning for service offerings.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and pricing models in collaboration with the delivery, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and the marketing department to ensure cohesive communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Work with marketing to create compelling marketing materials, including service brochures, case studies, white papers, and webinars.
  • Partner with sales teams and our strategic partners to provide technical expertise during client engagements and sales pitches.

  • Client Engagement:
  • Engage with key clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and refine service offerings accordingly.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to articulate the value proposition of service offerings.

  • Leadership and Mentorship:
  • This role will be accountable for all service offering coordination, management, differentiation, go to market rollout, sales enablement, and overall lifecycle.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery and professional growth.


Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, with a strong background in AI, data center modernization, cloud computing (Azure), and custom application development.
  • Proven track record in developing and launching technical service offerings.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the IT consulting industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.


Compensation
  • The base salary for this position is typically $155,000 to $175,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for discretionary commission plan based on company and individual performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each candidate, including experience and location.
