Responsibilities
- Ensure successful delivery of programs under the division.
- Exercise full responsibility for profit and loss across complex DoD programs.
- Aggressively seek opportunities for contractual growth.
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 120 FTEs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Master's degree preferred
