We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Talent Management Analyst to join our Human Resources team and play a vital role in the recruitment process, training initiatives, orientations, internal communications, and Human Resources process optimizations while partnering with key internal stakeholders, leaders, Human Resources Business Partners, and Recruiters to build collaborative relationships and deliver excellent employee experiences.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding:
- Lead a monthly comprehensive orientation program for new hires, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and strategic goals.
- Design, implement, and oversee the corporate New Hire Experience program that accelerates new hire integration and productivity.
- Partner with functional leaders across the organization to create department-specific onboarding programs.
- Continuously refine onboarding processes and strategies to improve workflows, reduce redundancies, and increase efficiencies.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding processes, including coordinating job offers, background checks, new hire paperwork, and employment eligibility verifications, all while maintaining seamless communication between new hires and their managers.
- Thoroughly review all background checks and provide recommendations that align with compliance standards and organizational expectations.
Recruiting:
- Optimize the company’s applicant tracking system, ensuring maximum efficiencies and effectiveness in job postings, candidate management, and reporting.
- Elevate our recruitment presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms, including enhancing company pages and crafting posts to attract top talent.
- Manage the full job posting process, including coordinating interviews.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for challenging-to-fill positions, leveraging advanced search techniques, market insights, and proactive outreach to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
- Create insightful dashboards and reports on recruitment metrics to empower leaders with data-driven decision-making and provide recommendations on how to improve key areas of measurement.
- Oversee external agency communications and ensure contract requirements are successfully maintained.
- Drive the integration and implementation of a new applicant tracking system, taking ownership of key aspects to ensure both a smooth adoption and alignment with organizational hiring practices.
Compliance and Training:
- Stay current on all recruiting compliance requirements for all CoreSite markets, e.g., pay transparency, job posting timelines, and position notifications.
- Create compliance-related new hire and promotion announcements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and employee information in both the applicant tracking system and online file storage for use in Affirmative Action Plan reporting.
- Annually evaluate compliance training courses to ensure they meet compliance requirements and accurately capture CoreSite’s culture.
- Project manage all training, compliance, communications, and learning management system setups for enterprise-wide training initiatives, including audits.
- Design and maintain the annual training calendar, determining communication timelines and ensuring timeliness for all program management.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, which includes 2–3 days per week in a downtown Denver office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate across all organizational levels.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking, human resources information, and learning management systems.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations regarding hiring and onboarding processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- At least 4 years of Human Resources or similar experience.
- LinkedIn Recruiting experience helpful.

Compensation:
Compensation for this role includes an annual salary between $70,000 and $75,0000. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus and equity, based upon individual and company performance.
