Job Overview:

The HR Generalist/People and Culture Specialist will be a key partner in administrating HR systems, optimizing processes, and spearheading new people initiatives at Coretelligent. This role focuses on partnering with HR to optimize people processes and drive operational excellence in a variety of People Operation functions to create intuitive and exceptional experiences at scale for Coretelligent. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HR technology, process improvement, project management and general HR functions. They will be responsible for the administration of HR systems, the continuous improvement of HR processes, and the development of innovative people programs that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead monitoring and responding to staff via the HR ticketing system with the utmost white glove internal customer service. Proven track of record of building good internal relationships with managers and staff
  • Fluent knowledge of HR labor law and regulatory compliance
  • Assist with writing and delivering performance improvement plans
  • Assist with delivering performance improvement plans and terminations
  • Assist with process automation, implementation, and improvements including Paylocity and Awardco.
  • Administer the Awardco platform continuously looking for ways to improve and enhance our staff’s experience.
  • Manage the planning and execution of special projects for the People Operations Team - DEI and Cultural engagement programs
  • Administer the onboarding & offboarding process of staff
  • Look for ways to scale operations for growth & optimize operational processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of Coretelligents, people processes, performance management, and Career Progression initiatives.
  • Identify ways to improve employee experiences and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years in a strong HR generalist role
  • At least 3+ years of experience in roles responsible for, driving projects, platform implementation and/or operational support within Human Resources, ideally within technology companies.
  • Able to solve complex procedures with a high level of independence.
  • You have a strong sense of customer service for internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver and partner in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to build relationships across a range of styles and cultures to form networks within and outside the company.
  • Business and personal integrity.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to deliver a well-thought-out plan and accurate product/presentation

 

Salary Range for this position (depending upon experience): 

$90,000- $110k

 

This range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for new hires across all US locations (with the exception of MA, NY, and CA). Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, work location, and relevant education or training.
