Corporate Paralegal

CoreWeave, a specialized cloud provider, is looking for a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support their legal team across the organization, focusing on commercial and real estate transactions.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract lifecycle management tools
Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

Maintain and manage legal operations
Support contract record management
Assist in contract preparation and review
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel for contract negotiation
Assist in real estate transactions including leases and purchase agreements
Manage post-closing activities and deal pipeline
Conduct legal research and analysis
Support matters in general corporate, compliance, and data privacy

Education

Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
