Leader, Employee Engagement Communications

Responsibilities Support employee communications manager on various strategic projects and initiatives... Focus on execution of strategic communications, plan development, videos, writing, visual presentation of information (graphics, promotional material, PowerPoints, infographics, etc. ), and other deliverables Develop content for various communications tools, including Web, tradeshows, and Intranet Develop and implement clear, concise, consistent content to explain internal objectives and initiatives to global employees Drive creative storytelling methods to build awareness and excitement for employee engagement and employee communications Develop ideas, write and edit content for internal and external audiences and lead approvals processes Research, write, and edit content and video features for email, Corning World, the Blue Line, the intranet, and other internal platforms as needed Lead internal and external projects and document processes Ensure communications follow corporate brand guidelines, across all channels Outline and provide change management communications support, as needed Proactively coordinate with corporate communications and other Corning businesses, as appropriate Drive and monitor a data and analytics strategy for communications and build regular reports Travel Less than 5% Education and Experience Bachelor s degree in Communications, Journalism, or other related field required. Minimum three-five years of communications experience, preferably in corporate communications, public relations, journalism, or communications-related field. Required Skills Ability to lead, organize, and prioritize Excellent verbal communication skills Strong writing and editing abilities, including proficiency in Associated Press style Capacity to work well under pressure with ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines Ability to assess priorities and manage many projects simultaneously Excellent organizational skills, detailed-oriented . Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
