This pipeline of talent has brought life-changing innovation to your fingertips for more than 160 years.Scope of Position:Serve as MarCom advisor to help Emerging Innovations Group (EIG) business leads accomplish their desired goalsDesign collateral and develop marketing materials that support global efforts, drive customer discussions, and influence purchasing decisions for EIG businessesDevelop content for various communications tools, including Web, promotional materials, videos, photography, tradeshows, presentations, brochures, graphics, posters, product information sheets, etc.Manage global tradeshow participation to promote the Corning brand and EIG businessesDevelop ideas, write and edit content for internal and external audiences and lead approvals processesLead and facilitate media interviews and interactions across S&T and EIG businessesProvide communications support across S&T s global locationsCoordinate with corporate communications and other Corning businesses, as appropriateLead internal and external projects and document processesDay-to-DayResponsibilities:Write and edit content that will be used across various tools for internal and external audiencesEngage with subject matter experts to identify value prop of emerging businesses. Use that information to create communications plans, sell sheets, brochures, graphics, posters and other materials that support S&T, EIG and corporate initiativesCollaborate with various EIG teams to identify internal and external promotional opportunities, lead product naming projects, and tradeshowsCoordinate e with corporate communications on corporate and business events related to S&T and EIG initiatives, as appropriateLead projects that involve vendors, work within budgets, and meet timelinesCollaborate with S&T MarCom team and communications colleagues across the globe, as neededDevelop messages, create content, serve as S&T spokesperson or representative on appropriate projectsPlan events, lead meetings and manage projectsTravel Requirements:Some domestic travel.
