Hogan Lovells’ US banking team seeks a junior to mid-level associate to join our fully integrated cross-office national practice that represents lenders, private equity sponsors and public and private companies, both domestically and abroad, in all aspects of syndicated and direct lending transactions, including acquisition finance and asset-based lending. We seek a motivated junior to mid-level associate with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence to join our highly successful US banking team. Among other things, ideal candidates will have significant transactional experience in debt financing transactions, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with sophisticated client management teams, a commitment to excellence and a desire to contribute to a friendly and collegial culture within our international corporate and finance group and firm as a whole. We have a strong preference for candidates to be located in our New York, Washington DC or Denver office, but will consider additional US locations where Hogan Lovells has an existing Corporate and Finance presence for exceptional candidates.

The annualized salary range for this position is $215,000 to $295,000, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hours-based bonus. In addition, full-time employees as well as some part-time employees will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exist.
