The Boston office of Hogan Lovells seeks an outstanding junior corporate lawyer to join our active and growing M&A practice representing public and private company clients on cross-border and domestic transactions in a broad range of industries, with an emphasis on transactions in the technology, life sciences and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in mergers and acquisition and general corporate matters, including conducting due diligence investigations of acquisition targets, and interacting effectively with sophisticated client management teams. Applicants should be generally familiar with Delaware corporate and federal securities laws. Experience in working with technology and life sciences companies is also desirable. A strong work ethic and comfort working and interacting with large deal teams on complex transactions is required. Associates at this level are expected to be prepared to devote substantial time to continuing to develop their transactional M&A skills and expertise. A strong desire and ability to integrate into a collegial team environment is critical.
