With at least three years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience, you are knowledgeable in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, real estate joint ventures, business formations and negotiation and drafting of contracts. You possess strong writing, analytical and communications skills, and you have excelled academically. You are admitted to the Florida Bar or admitted to and in good standing with another state's bar (and willing to sit for the Florida Bar exam).
