Corporate Communications Manager / Senior Manager

Claroty empowers organizations to secure cyber-physical systems across industrial, healthcare, and commercial environments: the Extended Internet of Things (XIoT). The company is headquartered in New York City and has a presence in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.

We are seeking a Communications Manager or Senior Manager to build Claroty’s brand as the global leader in cyber-physical systems security, via external comms (media and analyst relations) and internal/employee comms. We are looking for someone who is highly proactive and strategic, can get things done in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail, while bringing a team player attitude and bold, creative ideas.

The role will report to Claroty’s Senior Director of Communications in our New York City headquarters. Remote candidates will be considered and are encouraged to apply.


Requirements:
  • 6+ years experience in media and/or analyst relations in the enterprise/B2B technology industry
  • Strong people and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects with a sense of urgency and focus
  • Excellent writing skills across a wide range of content types, including press releases, contributed articles, media commentary, newsletters, video scripts, and more
  • Ability to take complex subject matter, make it accessible and compelling to different audiences, and connect it to larger industry trends
  • Experience working cross-functionally with key stakeholders at the executive level and across all areas of the business (research, product, sales, partners, customers, investors, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with cybersecurity and/or high-growth companies
  • Agency experience
  • Strong relationships with key business and technology reporters and analysts
  • Public affairs/government relations experience
  • Experience using media monitoring platforms such as Cision (TrendKite) or Meltwater


Expected base salary of $120,000-$135,000. This is a good-faith estimate but does not include bonuses or equity. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside of the salary band are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with PR agencies across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC to drive high-quality, high-volume global media coverage and secure top-tier press opportunities
  • Partner with Claroty spokespeople to build their executive thought leadership platforms and position them as experts in our field
  • Lead engagements with key industry analysts to develop, influence, and own market definition, and secure leadership positions in market research reports
  • Execute on company-wide internal comms and employer branding initiatives to drive employee engagement and knowledge sharing
  • Support data-driven approach to measuring the success of campaigns and program investments
