The Corporate Giving Manager plays a key role in driving the firm’s commitment to the communities in which we live and work. As a member of the Inclusion and Social Responsibility Team (I&SR) team, they collaborate with the Moss Adams Foundation and leaders across the firm to drive the firm’s strategy to cultivate opportunity in our communities by investing in social equity, education, and the environment. The Corporate Giving Manager has experience in corporate giving, nonprofit management, or corporate philanthropy, and has strong leadership and project management skills with expertise in organizational culture and change management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand the firm’s philanthropic strategy, promotion, and administration of the foundation's GiveBack programs (e.g., volunteering, donation matching, and grant program), annual Earth Day, Giving Tuesday, and disaster relief campaigns
- Lead foundation board operations by planning and leading foundation board meetings including preparation of meeting materials and meeting facilitation
- Design and implement new programs aligned to the foundation’s giving strategy
- Manage internal and external communications campaigns promoting the foundation and GiveBack programs including the creation and the design of the annual foundation report
- Build and maintain active relationships with nonprofit partners to strengthen the impact of our philanthropic strategy in addition to identifying and evaluating potential nonprofit partners
- Collaborate across departments and project teams to streamline board operations and GiveBack program operations
- Consult and support other teams such as the People Leadership Team, learning and development, firm events, firm and regional leadership, the Inclusion & Diversity Board, and Business Resource Groups
- Track and report on the impact of the foundation’s philanthropic efforts aligned to established key performance indicators
- Monitor philanthropy trends and best practices and recommend changes to the firm’s strategy as needed
- Contribute to projects and programs owned by the Inclusion & Social Responsibility team as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of business or related experience in a complex organization required; experience in public accounting or professional services environment preferred
- Relevant experience desired in nonprofit development, foundation giving, corporate philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, and/or environmental, social, and governance (ESG) programming
- Demonstrated experience and track record of building, implementing, and evolving corporate giving programs from inception to execution
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to own and drive project schedule from start to finish, including managing peers and individuals senior to you
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to stakeholders, leaders, and vendors
- Ability to develop relationships, build rapport, and effectively interface with all levels within the firm
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others
- Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
