Job Summary

The corporate recruiter will be responsible for proactively sourcing and recruiting top-tier professionals across all corporate and business functions globally through-out Interdigital. Will build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide a slate of quality candidates to fill open positions at the various level throughout the organization. Will build candidate relationships and manage external vendors in the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest level of recruitment services to the organization business leaders both domestically and internationally.
  • Perform full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, networking, interviewing and interfacing with candidates and maintaining networks to build pipelines of talented job seekers that fit the profile of the company’s core competencies.
  • Deliver high quality professionals while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process including sourcing strategy, developing job descriptions, interviewing, candidate closing and offer negotiations.
  • Seek out creative ways to source qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Act as a company ambassador to internal and external candidates.
  • Champion diversity hiring strategies and facilitate diverse slates with hiring teams.
  • Ensure data integrity in the recruiting management system.
  • Partner with external recruiters when necessary and manage the recruitment process when using vendors.
  • Proactively communicate real-time and planned progress with hiring managers.
  • Lead and participate in project work associated with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is highly desired.
  • 8-10 years professional recruiting experience in a corporate organization and experience recruiting for senior level positions.
  • PHR or SPHR certification a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR and other regulatory issues that impact recruiting.
  • Generalist or other HR experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in dealing with senior leaders and executive level candidates.
  • Experience in networking with, attracting, and sourcing a diverse candidate pool.
  • Experience managing vendors and contract negotiations.
  • Must have strong behavioral interviewing training and/or experience.
  • Superb offer negotiation and candidate care skills
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to lead and partner at every level of the organization.
  • A wide degree of creativity, near and long-term recruiting vision, business acumen and personal organization is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including proven success in partnering and aligning with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and external search firms.
  • Executive presence, professional demeanor, and ability to manage senior level clients.
  • Results oriented and focused on continuous process improvement.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Possess expertise in industry related recruiting best practices.
  • Must be detailed oriented with an ability to manage both strategic and administrative work.
