About the role:
Aumni is looking for a rockstar Corporate Recruiter to help design, organize, and own the candidate sourcing process as we scale our product, design, engineering, infosec and data teams. As the third member of the Talent Acquisition Team at Aumni, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging tools to identify and engage top talent in a creative way as the external face of Aumni's brand and vision.
What you'll do:
You will be working closely with our Lead Recruiter, Director of HR and hiring managers across the organization to understand needs, advise on customized hiring strategies, and proactively interview top talent in your pipeline. Most of all, you will play a pivotal role in defining the culture, growth, and investment in the people of Aumni!
About you:
- Partner with the Lead Recruiter on the full life cycle for recruitment of new employees across multiple divisions within the organization
- Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers across the organization to understand their growth objectives and advise on hiring strategies
- Balance growth requirements from multiple departments simultaneously to dedicate hiring efforts to the right place at the right time
- Filter candidates, conduct first round phone screens and technical assessments to maximize the value of time spent by other interviewers
- Build a healthy, diverse pipeline of top candidates across various departments
- Design and deliver a world class candidate experience from the first touchpoint all the way to onboarding after they've joined the team
Traits, Skills & Experience:
- The ideal candidate must be flexible and excited to operate both as a strategic thinker and as a project executor. This role will be critical to the continued growth of the organization and this individual must be willing to roll up their sleeves and do the work
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience as an in-house recruiter at growth stage companies with high volumes and high expectations
- Ability to pivot between several departments including technology
- Experience working within various recruiting strategies to build pipelines and proactively reach out to potential candidates
- Strong communication and consultative skills with experience collaborating across different departments
- Understanding of industry leading tools and platforms available to help streamline internal recruiting efforts
- Passionate about attention to detail and strong ground game — you are extremely reliable
- Desire to always improve yourself, the process, and the company, and you are a culture carrier and great teammate who likes to get candidates excited about their new journey
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is a must
- Familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus
