A role you will love

You will have the opportunity to thrive in various lines of business within Corporate Trust: Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS), Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO), and Operations.

  • Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS): We support MPS (Mortgage Product Solutions) and our focus is on Non-Securitized products, specifically Finance Facilities where we serve as Calculation and Paying Agent for Institutional clients, as well as Agency Securities, Waterfalls, Bond Payment Calculation Agent, and Master Servicing.
  • Collateralized loan obligation (CLO) and leveraged loan finance facilities: We work with issuers, asset managers, investors, bond holders, and regulatory agencies to provide services for a variety of alternative investment products including trustee and paying agent, portfolio administration for CLOs and other financing and investment structures, custodian for securities and bank loans, and syndicated bank loan administration.
  • Operations areas include administrative services, tax, payment processing, onboarding, maintenance, and terminations, and production support. While there is some interaction with external customers, our primary points of contact are internal business partners including the front office and other operations teams. Our focus is on efficiency and control to ensure risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.

As an Account Manager I, you will be focused on managing mid-to-large loan clients and their portfolios, as well as, working side by side with team members across the loan team. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for client’s requests and leading special projects/analyses as requested.

Some of your key responsibilities may include:

  • Maintaining client relationships with clients; consulting with clients to identify and define business requirements
  • Collaborating with external clients and internal team members to find appropriate solutions for the client’s unique business needs
  • Performing contractual document reviews and negotiating complex legal agreements
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management policies; coordinates closing activities
  • Monitoring market changes and developments, translating into new value-add services while ensuring stellar customer satisfaction in coordination with team
  • Recommend and implement service enhancements, introduce developments or solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations

What will you bring to the role?

As you’ve probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for customer service, ensuring regulatory compliance and will have the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve client success.

Other key responsibilities may include:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: operations, customer interaction, production or general office environment demonstrated through work or in lieu of military experience
  • Possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and resolution skills with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000.
