You can read more about it here. 💼 Job Summary Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for enterprise technology solutions? We're seeking an experienced and motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our high-performing team. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts. You'll collaborate closely with various teams, including sales, engineering, and executives, to understand complex customer needs and showcase the value of Cortex. 💻 Responsibilities • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive customer acquisition within the enterprise market. • Identify and qualify enterprise leads, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. • Conduct thorough discovery to understand customer challenges, goals, and pain points, proposing tailored solutions to address their needs. • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to support the sales process and ensure customer success. • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating features and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences. ✔️Qualifications • At least five years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the developer tools or SaaS industry. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, intricate buying processes, and stakeholder management. • Enthusiasm for contributing to ambitious revenue and growth goals. • A proven track record of high performance, self-motivation, and a desire to continually push boundaries. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a results-oriented mindset. • Bonus points for training in MEDDICC sales qualification or similar sales methodologies. 🌴 Perks & Benefits • Competitive salary and equity package • Comprehensive health insurance (national medical, dental, vision - 100% company-covered!) • Fully covered life insurance • $400 monthly perks stipend • $1000 yearly Learning & Development stipend • 401k retirement plan • Pet Insurance • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) • Remote & flexible work schedule • Gender-neutral parental leave policy • All-Company Retreats (locations vary - past retreats in San Diego, Miami, Austin) ✏️ Noteworthy Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay for this role is $162,500, with an OTE of $325,000. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
