Responsibilities
- Responsible for benefit and eligibility checks
- Create cost estimates for clients
- Resolve client's ineligible status
- Work with families for insurance documents
- Handle inquiries from patients regarding coverage and cost
- Collaborate with internal teams for coverage communication
- Maintain superior customer service relationships
