Cost Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Perform cost accounting activities including standard cost development, average pricing analysis, margin and cost ratio analysis, inventory control, and variance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Document and submit inventory reports.
• Oversee cost accounting for multiple locations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Manufacturing Industry experience.
• Proficiency using Epicor (specifically the “kinetic” version)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
