Cost Accounting Manager, Advanced Refractories Div.

Purpose:

The Cost Manager is responsible for leading the regional team of margin and cost analysts and providing front line support to the regional commercial team and regional FP&A. Accountable for the ongoing development, analysis and processing of product costing, margin analysis, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of COGS & costing
• Margin analysis experience
• Qualified accountant is a plus, CPA, etc
• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
• Experience in manufacturing or similar industry preferred
• Team management and strong communicator
• Ability and willingness to travel

KPIs/ Performance standards:

• Profit margin analysis
• Cash cost variance to budget / forecast / prior year
• FP&A support
• Team development
• Product cost variance to standard cost
