Cost Estimator - $18/hour – 1st Shift – Pelzer, SC

Workbox Staffing is hiring a Cost Estimator in Pelzer!

As the Cost Estimator, you will be responsible for working alongside management to

calculate the expense of developing and producing custom metal products simply by

viewing blueprints.

temporary-to-hire position!

Responsibilities:

• Assist management with cost evaluation and time effective methods
• Ability to read blueprints, mechanical documents, drawings, etc.
• Prepared to operate CNC Machines (Company uses Micro Estimating software)
• Knowledgeable of computer functions
• Willing to perform tasks such as drilling and milling - if needed
• Quality control

Preferred Skills:

• 5+ years CNC exposure
• Knowledgeable of metal fabrication
• Ability to predetermine time and cost of production - even complicated shapes
• Precision and quality control
• Ability to template is a plus
