Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with membership inquiries. Process new membership applications and renewals accurately and efficiently. Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for membership records. Keep track of membership expiration dates and proactively reach out to members for renewals. Assist with resolving any membership issues or discrepancies. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience. Uphold company policies and procedures related to membership services. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information and promote membership benefits to customers. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's values. Multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet membership processing goals.
