Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain the availability, performance, and security of IT systems and services. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to the IT infrastructure. Develop, implement, and maintain automation and scripting solutions for system administration tasks. Develop and maintain secure cloud and virtualization environments. Develop and maintain secure networking protocols. Implements security best practices and policies. Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure IT systems and services are meeting customer needs. Provide excellent customer service and support.
