Country Manager, Puerto Rico
Optimizes and deploys resources to increase collaboration between multi-functional teams to successfully execute the country(s) strategy and plans • Leads, empowers, develops and inspires multi-functional teams, building a collaborative and inclusive culture • Builds and maintains strong relationships with diverse range of stakeholders at the C-Suite level (e.g., customers, governments, regulators) to identify new and innovative revenue and growth opportunities • Builds and maintains trusted relationships with government and regulatory stakeholders • Monitors regulatory framework that may influence country operations and ensures compliance is maintained • Establishes a reputation as an industry expert on payments technology ecosystem and is an ambassador for Mastercard • General manager for a single market or small cluster of markets with full ownership for managing all business and operational aspects of the market • Creates the long-term country strategy and leads multi-functional teams in the execution of country plans • Owns the P&L and country goals, driving revenue growth, market share and diversification of Mastercard’s products and solutions • Leverages Mastercard products and services to create new partnerships and business development opportunities and oversee delivery of customer solutions
