As a Senior Product Manager on the Coupa Pay team, you will help manage and grow our Coupa Pay Partner Ecosystem. You will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partner integration teams. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savviness; a big-picture vision and an internal drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy digging deeper, collaborating, rolling up your sleeves, and getting it done.

• Manage and expand the Coupa Pay partner ecosystem by identifying and onboarding strategic payment partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with payment partners, acting as the main point of contact for integration-related discussions and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with external partners to understand their systems, process integration requirements, and workflows, ensuring alignment with our platform.
• Develop comprehensive technical specifications and work with development teams to build out partner integrations, while adhering to best practices, compliance standards, while keeping user experiences in mind.
• Provide technical guidance and support internal teams and stakeholders related to partner integrations.
• Handle customer escalations, troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to payment integrations.

• 10+ years of experience working with integration technologies, with at least 2 of those in Product Management at the PM or Senior PM level.
• Proven hands-on experience in architecting large-scale process integrations involving system-to-system integration in the payment space.
• Proficiency in working with sFTP, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, Logging, and SQL.
• Strong sense of ownership, biased towards action, and ability to collaborate with others.
• Enthusiasm for learning, self-starting, and thriving in a fast-moving company environment.

• Experience and understanding of Finance and Procurement functional areas such as Procure to Order, Procure to Pay, Expenses, Accounts Payable, and Payments is a strong plus.
• Knowledge and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business Suite, or Netsuite is a plus.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture concepts, including ITIL and TOGAF, is a plus.
• Experience working with cloud hosting platforms such as AWS or similar is a plus.
