About the role:
The Course Specialist II will manage the successful execution of assigned courses and projects as directed by the Course Manager, through effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, all while ensuring alignment with the Endoscopy Professional Education strategy.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end planning and on-site execution of HCP education courses, including the set up and breakdown of clinical models/equipment, with a focus on continuous improvement to enhance the educational experience.
  • Define and reconcile course budgets, considering areas for cost savings and how to maximize resource allocation.
  • Fulfillment of grant product requests, providing on-site support as needed.
  • Effectively communicate with HCP course attendees, and build trusted relationships with HCP faculty.
  • Serve as the liaison/resident expert for cross-collaborative partners (Product Management, Field Sales, R&D, Sales Training etc.) in assigned focus areas.
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to AdvaMed policies in all HCP engagements and interactions.
  • Verify that all programs and reporting adhere to the financial arrangements with US Healthcare Provider policies.

Required qualifications:

  • BA/BS in business/healthcare discipline or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 plus years of experience in medical device or a related field preferred
  • Clinical Education, Marketing, or Sales experience with a passion for education in medical device or a related field preferred
  • 30-40% domestic travel required, predominantly on the weekend
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Technically inclined, with the aptitude for improvising and problem solving
  • Ability to self-manage projects and deliver on specific timelines
  • Established track record of external customer facing excellence and internal cross-functional relationship building
  • Results-oriented, team player
  • Excels in fast-paced environment
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined and goal oriented
