Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights and tools for effective prospect engagement. Stay informed on product offerings and competitors to craft targeted content for key personas. Support convention center business including the Baltimore Convention Center and Las Vegas Convention Center. Oversee website updates to reflect current products, services, and promotions. Enhance site design, usability, and SEO with external or internal resources to drive lead generation. Analyze site performance and provide improvement recommendations. Develop and implement social media strategies to grow Hospitality Network's presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Schedule and manage content promoting services. Engage with followers and respond to inquiries promptly. Work with operations to support customer onboarding with clear communication and educational content. Create guides, tutorials, and FAQs for smooth adoption of Blueprint's technology. Maintain strong customer relationships through case studies. Manage lead tracking processes to ensure follow-up on leads from the website, social media, and events. Collaborate with sales on email campaigns and lead nurturing workflows. Analyze and refine lead generation efforts for better results. Allocate and manage the marketing budget across website, advertising, and content activities. Track expenses to stay within budget and report on ROI monthly. Negotiate with vendors and teams to secure cost-effective marketing solutions. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years' experience in a related field. Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce or other CRM, and email marketing tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization. Ability to work in a matrixed environment. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.Benefits:The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
