Senior Data Engineer

The Senior Data Engineer is responsible for developing and supporting frameworks and analytics applications enablement capabilities. The Senior Data Engineer also plays a role in Agile planning, providing advice and guidance, and monitoring emerging technologies.Responsibility Summary:• Enablement for Reliability Operations, Engineering, Premise and Network Service Health, including:• Anomaly detection and ad-hoc support as needs and issues arise, especially Long-Range Plan impacting anomalies.• Implement cloud capabilities including data ingestion, data models, data storage, high-throughput data processing, data pipelines, access management and data monitoring at scale.• Build and maintain frameworks in AWS for transitioning analytics solutions.Minimum• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 16 years' experience in a related field• Requires strong knowledge of AWS cloud• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organizationPreferred• Experience in telecommunications industry desiredUSD 97,100.00 - 161,800.00 per yearCompensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $97,100.00 - $161,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
