Because it’s such a critical role, here are the requirements that will ensure you’re on track for this opportunity.QualificationsMinimum:• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and two years experience in a related field.• The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to two years experience or six years experience in a related field in lieu of a degree.• Knowledge of and prior hands-on experience in a wide variety of security tools/ technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, and SIEM• Cybersecurity Certification• Experience in Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, IT service desk, Sec+, CISSP, CEH• Knowledge of CSA CCM, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2, OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25, etc.• Apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation and the ability to identify issues in advance and propose solutions.• Strong domain expertise and technology implementation/ integration experience in one or more areas, such as Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, Data Protection, Network Security, Application Security, and Identity and Access Management.• Willingness to work on a 24x7 on-call rotation scheduleSay goodbye to the status quo and hello to a bright future at Cox.
