Freelance Ad-Hoc Merchandiser

CPM Ireland is seeking a proactive and flexible Freelance Ad-Hoc Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of merchandising projects for our esteemed clients, adapting to different store environments and requirements as needed. As a Freelance Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal product visibility and compliance with merchandising standards across various retail locations.


Your ability to work independently and efficiently will be crucial in completing missions that contribute to our client's sales growth and enhance their in-store presence. This is a flexible role that allows you to manage your own schedule while meeting the demands of the job.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute merchandising activities in various retail environments based on client requirements.
  • Ensure products are correctly displayed, rotated, and positioned according to planograms.
  • Build positive relationships with store personnel to facilitate product displays and promotions.
  • Provide valuable feedback on stock levels, competitive products, and market trends.
  • Complete reports and document activities after visits to ensure accurate communication with the team.
  • Adhere to company standards and expectations in all merchandising tasks.
  • Be available for assignments on an as-needed basis, including short notice calls.
  • Experience in merchandising or retail, preferably in a freelance capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various retail environments and schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
  • A full driver’s license is required.
  • Basic knowledge of technology for reporting and communication purposes.
