CX Designer / Senior Designer - UX Designer

Our financial services client is looking to hire a CX Designer.This Role Is> 40 hours per week> 6 month contract> Hybrid (Charlotte or Minneapolis)The Background / Experience We Are Seeking In Candidates> 8+ years related expertise> 3+ years as a UX Designer> Someone who has built something for corporate Public Relations before> Broad expertise inclusive of user experience, interface design and content systems architecture.> Portfolio showcasing strategic/creative excellence across a broad spectrum of interactive touchpoints> Well versed in human-centered design tools, research, and documentation across a range of project types and complexities> Experience solving for operational issues (for example: providing content input templates, developing content calendars, managing SharePoints/Online Resources for initiatives, writing requirements)> Deep understanding of the relationship between brands and customers -- and the ability to convey that understanding> Experience in creating impactful, engagement-driving experiences (financial services experience is a plus)Day To Day> Deliver human-centered design thinking through user flows, wireframes, information architecture, design and interaction requirements, and other planning and user experience documentation in agency projects> Leading discovery efforts, design exercises and project work sessions as needed to inspire and activate creative collaboration> Serving as an agency knowledge bank for user experience and channel specific requirements, trends and innovations> Digging for critical insights that drive project solutions and joining with the broader creative team to think conceptually during brainstorming and idea generation> Working with internal creative teams and clients in development and approval of strategic, interactive concepts from discovery through QA/delivery> Partnering with Account, Creative, and Production colleagues to ensure on-time and on-brief execution and deliveryIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
