Our CPG food/bev client is looking for a collaborative, creative eCommerce Analytics Manager to join their team at 40 hours/week for at least 3 months with potential to extend and/or convert depending on pipeline and fit.This eCommerce Analytics Manager will be:• Analyzing eCommerce business performance including KPIs, promotional performance, category analysis with a focus on Amazon• Creating, and presenting actionable reporting & insights to stakeholders on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis• Measuring both short-term sales and long-term brand health and the contribution of media and other marketing levers in driving this• Driving comprehensive, end-to-end thinking about marketing effectiveness and deploy the same in action by working with analytics and agency partners• Tracking performance, sales & competitor data to increase sales and market share• Investigating issues and propose solutions by analyzing data from a variety of sources including digital analytics data, internal sales data, customer feedback and session replay tools• Providing ongoing analysis and reporting of sales, SKU performance and margin drivers, identifying rootcauses, and opportunities to drive growth by advancing AOV and LTV• Presenting insights to teams with a goal of informing solutions and strategySkills/Experience:• Minimum of 3+ years in insights & analytics with focus on sales, CPG category analysis, and eCommerce with a background in any combination of eCommerce, sales and CPG expertise• Strong expertise in leveraging data, analytics & insights (and blending different disciplines & sourcestogether) to fuel creative development• A combination of advanced analytics expertise in data analysis and visualization, as well as strong commercial acumen to be able to connect the dots between data, information and business action• Data visualization with data ingestion (API). Ex.
