Performance Marketing Manager - Onsite in Hacienda Heights

Leading retail company is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team. Candidates must be willing to work onsite 5 days per week in Hacienda Heights.MUST HAVES:• 3+ years of experience within digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and advertising on Meta and Google platforms• Experience with ad optimization, audience targeting, and campaign management• In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretationWHAT YOU'LL DO:• Develop and execute paid media strategies for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping) advertising platforms• Plan and execute media buys, including negotiating rates, securing placements, and managing budgets effectively• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights• Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize ad creative, messaging, and targeting• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and analytics to align growth initiatives with business objectivesNICE TO HAVES:• Email marketing experienceReply with your resume and portfolio highlighting your PPC advertising experience to be considered!Home Organizers offers growth potential for motivated individuals, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package, including:MedicalDentalVision401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Vacation TimePaid HolidaysLife InsuranceWhy work here?
