Does working with innovative aspects of the industry including advance measurement solutions, test designs, cookie lists, audience targeting initiatives etc. excite you?Our client, a global financial services company, is looking to hire a Programmatic Media Associate, hybrid, onsite at the office 3 days a week in Chicago, IL.This role sits within the Programmatic Buying Team which purchases biddable media across a variety of digital channels such as display, online video, CTV, audio, digital out-of-home, and television. Anything that can be bought programmatically, they buy, so this role offers exposure to everything!The Media Associate will build and execute comprehensive media campaigns inclusive of programmatic media buys so hands on buying experience is required.Responsibilities• Create programmatic buying recommendations that address the business objectives of the brands• Campaign creation and optimization within preferred buying platforms (DSPs) across all self-serve programmatic channels (Display, Video, Audio, dOOH, Native, etc.)• Own operational tasks including budget management, creative trafficking, budget reconciliation, and post campaign evaluation• Maintain and create ad hoc reports to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and keep stakeholders informed of performance• Work with partners internally and externally to troubleshoot and implement solutions as required to enable efficient campaign delivery and performance• Develop and evolve skill sets to keep up with the changing media buying landscape, inclusive of new partners, ad tech, and measurement capabilities• Keep internal teams educated on the capabilities of programmatic and innovations that can be utilized within their paid marketing effortsQualifications• At least 2-3 years of Programmatic Media Buying and Trading experience (building and managing programmatic campaigns)• Hands on experience buying in DSPs (demand-side platforms) or similar bidding ad technology• High proficiency level in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint• Experience in the following DSPs: DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Vistar, Xandr (they can teach these but experience with some is ideal)• Proficient in advertising technology platforms and tools including Ad Servers, Site Analytics, Tag Management, Ad Verification, Attribution and Measurement• Bachelor's degree; concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferredProgrammatic buying experience through a DSP is required (experience only on the publisher side isn't sufficient - must have the buying experience).BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
