SEO Manager with PPC

Our healthcare client is seeking a hands on SEO Manager with PPC experience for a full-time position. This role is hybrid out of Delray Beach, FL. 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH.MUST HAVES:Please explain your SEO + PPC Strategy (where, when):5+ YEARS (where did you gain this experience?):Google Analytics (how many years/certified?):Nice to have healthcare (if yes please state where):MUST BE RELIABLE AND CLIENT FACING, CULTURE FIT WILL BE CORPORATE & EMPATHETICRESPONSIBILITIES:• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility across search engines• Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements• Attribute leads from all marketing efforts and determine accurate CPA and TCPA on marketing platforms• Develop a compelling content strategy that aligns with business objectives and target audience• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns including PPC• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.• Monitor and report on ROI and KPIs, continuously refining strategies based on performance.REQUIREMENTS:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field• 5• years proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a focus on SEO, PPC, digital attribution, and content creation• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization techniques• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms, with the ability to extract meaningful insights and analyze data#IND123Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
