UX Designer - job 2 of 4

Our client a global financial services company is looking for two UX Product Designers to join their team (onsite 3 days a week, 2 days remote) in Plano Texas 40 hours a week for at least 9 months with the potential to extend and/or convert to fulltime.PAY RATE: $55 - $60/hrResponsibilities• Use Figma to design and redesign product experiences across the mortgage/home lending offerings they also use Monday.com and JIRA• Participate in upfront user research to better understand user needs and behaviors and usability testing to see how your solutions work for users with the support and guidance of Experience Researchers• Advocate for the users perspective when collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to plan roadmaps gather requirements and structure the work• Ideation and prototyping to explore different options including unexpected but still workable solutions• Diagram the interactivity of the product ecosystem including omnichannel service and feature interactions with user flows and wireframes• Detailed UI design built upon the Design System that brings the solutions to life• Present work connecting design decisions to desired business impactQualifications• A versatile UX Designer familiar with a design system and not overly principled when it comes to working within system constraints confident with laying out information for efficiency and useability• Bachelors Degree in relevant design discipline eg Interaction Design Human Computer Interface User Experience Design certification from credible bootcamp or similar accelerated learning program or equivalent work experience• Self-directed in both planning and structuring work and executing at expected levels of quality• Prior work involves collaboration within design teams with other designers UX researchers and content designers and cross functionally with product managers and software engineers• Advanced skills in Interaction Design as well as either Visual UI Design or Information Architecture Intermediate ability in adjacent skills such as User Research UX Writing and Prototyping• Able to show how your understanding of technical constraints and opportunities informed your design solutions and articulate this during the interview• Comfortable and confident when presenting work to cross functional Directors.Preferred Qualifications• Advocate for Accessibility Guidelines and Inclusive Design practices• Has shipped multiple successful digital products demonstrating user and human-centered design approaches• Familiar with HTML CSS and JavaScript frameworks such as React and mobile UI standards• Demonstrated understanding of how design connects with broader business valueBenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
