Visual Designer

Our financial services client in Vienna, VA is looking for a Visual Designer to join their team on a 6 month contract with a likelihood to extend. This position is 40 hours a week, and fully remote. You must be avaliable to work EST business hours.The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking. You will have experience with pattern libraries, icon libraries, prototypes, etc.Duties Of The Visual Designer• Concept visual design solutions to match complex product initiatives• Create pixel perfect hi-fi prototypes• Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing• Translate wireframes into visually compelling design features• Develop project execution plans, deployment schedules for design requirements• Ensure design elements match all brand requirements and guidelines• Leverage composition, typography, design elements, and design best practicesRequirements Of The Visual Designer• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience• A minimum of 4 years of visual design experience• Experience translating UX wireframes, user stories, flows, etc into visually compelling designs• Work showcasing a strong understanding of UX design principles and artifactsBenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
