Skills

• Legal experience of at least 10 years
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS contracts
• Strong legal and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, particularly relating to AI and technology

Responsibilities

• Manage, structure, draft, and negotiate various contractual agreements
• Provide legal advice and risk assessment on contractual issues
• Review, amend, and manage processes and procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to structure commercial frameworks
• Create and update standard contractual templates
• Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations
• Establish and maintain best practices and working processes
• Manage contracts database
• Support ad-hoc projects

Education

• A qualifying law degree
