Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an Executive Assistant to support FEMA in Washington, DC.This position will be responsible for providing executive support to the Office of the Assistant Administrator leadership and management team on various administrative matters. The executive assistant is the initial line of contact internally and externally to assist and resolve routine administrative and operational concerns.Roles and responsibilities include the following:• Managing senior executive calendars, such as coordinating meetings and special events and de-conflicting overlapping appointments• Providing administrative duties to include answering and directing incoming calls• Requesting (local) sedan travel service• Creating travel authorizations and vouchers• Preparing daily binders• Greeting all visitors to the OAA suite and escort or direct them to the correct location (e.g., office, meeting room); and Perform a variety of special assignments spanning multiple operational areas and crossing multi-functional and organizational lines.• Manage multiple mailboxes to include meeting rooms.• Apply knowledge and skills to independently perform a full range of assignments.• Gather relevant information from appropriate sources to analyze information, identify issues, weigh alternatives and draw logical conclusions to address issues as they arise.Job Requirements• Active Top Secret clearance required• Associates DegreeCompany Overview:Credence Management Solutions, an award-winning, fast growing, top performer in the government space, is the leader among small businesses in providing innovative management, engineering, and technology solutions to the Federal Government.
